  • Download the Nike Run Club App on mobile device

  • Create an account (if you have one, log in)

  • Under “Home” tab go to “Add Friend”

  • Search for “TAG Walk-Run” and add friend

  • You will be accepted and added to the 5K Walk/Run challenge
